Preparation directions
- Pouring hot water over the seeds and letting the brew steep for 10 minutes

Preparation directions
- Crush the nigella in a mortar and pestle; doesn't have to be too fine, you just want to release the essential oils.
- Place them in a teaball, and the teaball in your cup.
- Pour hot water over and allow to steep 8 to 10 minutes
- Remove teaball and discard contents.

How often to use
Never take more than 25 grams of black seed at once as it is toxic at that rate. The maximum dose anyone needs, including cancer is three teaspoons of oil per day.
